Knowledge and skills required :
Good level of telesales skills and excellent telephone manner
Able to work on own initiative while working in a team environment
Strong admin and organisational skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Key tasks :
Achieve monthly targets
Maintain consistent high level of calls daily
Generate new business
Maintain and up sell to existing customers
